a for real morning practice: guided opening (partial)

This is the latest unravelling of the for real morning practice... Have you tried it yet? I continue along the path of begining although, just this week, I had an empowering 'ah-ha' moment. I felt like I stepped in to my own a bit more, took some power toward my dedication and comitment to consistency and not only found myself on the mat regularily but doing spontaneous things like BURPEES. Yeah me, this girl who doesn't really actually at all like working out :/ And, It felt fun!! Damn hard BUT FUN!! Anyways - i'm still grounding myself I think my ah-ha moment was a moment of being being aware and present, feeling responsible yet scared.. being at peace with being scared.
All this thought and projecting... capable because my mind is a bit more clear thanks to my practice. I hope reflecting on your for real morning practice shows you the power you've claimed back.
