Worrier to Warrior: Confidence

I'm hosting a workshop this Saturday. It's a workshop I have offered a couple times a year for the last 3 years in different forms: Worrier to Warrior
I lead the lively warrior flow. I LOVE IT. It's changed my life over my 13 years of practice. It's more than just the poses, it's about the life people bring to light, the alignment of body and intention... it's about understanding. I LOVE IT.
I've priced it as a cooperative scale. A pricing model I attempted, with only failure, to offer while I owned and operated a yoga studio in BC.
You need people to work together.
And to work together, with all interests equally appreciated:
people have to know stuff about other people.
It is scary for most, i've observed, perhaps privacy translates to commitment and we resist that in order to self preserve.. I could go on for hours about this. However, to be constructive I've made my wonderings small, got clear and asked one single question: How can I co-create confidence?

Confidence is something I know is a deep rooted, rarely truly-understood. However, as much of it is understood, it's avoided testing. The one thing that breaks the avoidance away so to go further than noticing is talking about it, confidence. It seems to figure itself out and magic is made.. Magic being you called the bank creditor back, magic could be wearing short shorts or going shirtless in the heat. Magic could be telling someone your services are not free, and actually getting paid, magic could be he best sex of your life.
Test it out. Talk about confidence and see what magic YOU make.
With Power,
Brittaney
